■ Process introduction

Slow-release fertilizer refers to a new type of fertilizer that can slow down or control the release rate of nutrients. Including slow release fertilizer and controlled release fertilizer two types.

Our company's existing slow-release fertilizer production technology has the following four kinds:

(1) Wrapped slow-release fertilizer production process (physical)

(2) Production process of coated slow-release fertilizer (physical)

(3) Production process of slow-release fertilizer adding urease inhibitor and nitrification inhibitor (biological method)

(4) Urea-formaldehyde controlled release fertilizer production process (chemical method)

■ Process characteristics

◎ Encapsulation encapsulated slow-release fertilizer: A, the use of disc granulation, urea and other water-soluble nitrogen fertilizer as the core, with a variety of different solubility of inorganic plant nutrients (such as magnesium ammonium phosphate) as the coating layer, layer by layer, the whole package fertilizer all components are plant nutrients, will not cause any residue pollution after application in the soil. B. Humic acid is activated and mixed with a small amount of binder and trace elements, and then wrapped on urea particles, which not only plays the chemical biological effects of humic acid itself to improve fertilizer efficiency, promote stress resistance, improve soil, suppress soil urease and nitrocellulocytes activity, but also effectively controls the release and decomposition rate of urea

◎ Coated slow-release fertilizer: After melting sulfur, resin, polyethylene, paraffin, phosphate rock powder, etc., as a film-forming substance, it is sprayed on the surface of urea particles or compound fertilizer particles in the conversion equipment, and after cooling, a film is formed on the surface of the particles, and nutrients are released through the envelope diffusion or gradual decomposition of the envelope.

◎ Urea formaldehyde controlled release fertilizer: the urea melts and reacts with formaldehyde to form a polymer with low water solubility, which is sprayed on the material layer of other inorganic raw materials in the conversion pelletizer to cause particles. After sowing, it gradually decomposing and releasing nitrogen under the action of chemistry or microorganisms.
